Survivor of accomplishing all your dreams early
in life.
“Strength, to me, means facing inner struggles
and adversity and still coming through with love, hope, and kindness. Strength means willing to let go and let be when
others look to you to show hardness and anger, and to act with revenge. And, when you would expect yourself to react in this
way, you choose not to. Strength is doing what’s right and what holds true to your heart. Strength is to fight with
pride, not with hate.”

and surviving domestic abuse as a part of her life. She sees these experiences as neither good nor bad,
but the ebb and flow of her life.

Sabine (Fierceness)

randomness.
“Strength, means for me, the mind. If the mind is strong everything is possible.
I remember one time, I was on sailing boat and we had to cross the Mediterranean from Corsica to France even though
we knew a storm was coming. We were 3 on boat and every one was important. We spent 33 hours in storm and
I think because of our mind, nothing happened, every thing was under control, even if I was so scared. Something
happened to me this day! My philosophy to life is: positive-
as much as you can, and breathe! It is a question of concentration. Everything is a question of concentration!”

it as a blessing. Selena finds strength through her experience and passing the tests that life readily
presents.

Body Divine
Summary
It is our intention that you will see each of these women as the complex beings
they are. To receive their strength as they serve as beacons of healing, truth, and authenticity.
As we come together in our strength to heal this planet, we draw on their strength and their stories. It
is not necessarily our intention to sell these pieces of work and have them hang on your walls, but perhaps to inspire
you to come and create your own lifes' visions with us. To understand what kinds of images
speak to you and work together to bring those images to life in your own personal space.
Sincerly,
-Dr. Ken Grey and Kimberly Bach Horsley
